Godington Artemis (Diana to her friends) is a very smart 2006 mare by Muschamp Korsakof (Muschamp Danube x Mozart) out of Godington Alaska (by Gasparone). Her sire worked and competed in pure dressage and his sire, Muschamp Danube was the foundation Trakehner Stallion in England, and made a significant contribution to Trakehner breeding. He produced three graded sons notably Fleetwater Opposition, winner of gold medals in eventing and as an advanced dressage stallion. The dam of Artemis has produced Godington Astrakhan (Inspekteur), another successful dressage horse.
