Godington Toscana (Contis x Godington Tallulah - Maestro). This graded daughter of Contis has all her father's charm. On her dam side she carries the potential for both dressage and eventing, through her grandsire, Maestro, sire of many successful dressage horses as well as the 4* eventer, Muschamp Impala. Toscana was awarded a Premium by the TBF in 2011, where she was only one mark behind the champion mare. She would therefore be a premier addition to any broodmare herd once she has finished competing.
Toscana has now been backed and is being ridden regularly both in the school and out hacking, where she has proved to be a forward and uncomplicated ride. Toscana's older half siblings have shown all round talent for their amateur owner-riders, and her retained half brother Trasimeno is showing tremendous talent for both dressage and jumping.
