Godington Trasimeno is a 2007 gelding by Godington Hannibal out of Godington Tallulah (by Maestro). This big moving gelding was a winning foal at the TBF Breed show in 2007. He is progressing well under saddle and had six weeks affiliated eventing in 2012 with one of our working pupils on board, showing his scope in jumping ditches, water and other spooky fences and being placed at BE100. He always turns in a leading dressage score and is bold over fences. He has won or been placed in many dressage outings at prelim level, and has been placed and won his combined training events where he has shown his paces and trainability in the dressage phase and his bold attitude in the showjumping section. Trasimeno benefitted from a winter holiday, and is now back in work and showing good progress in his off season showjump training.
Sweet tempered and affectionate, he is equally suited for an eventing or dressage career. His sire was a 4* eventer and his damsire has produced winning eventers and dressage stars. His siblings are already successful in both disciplines.
